Bad experiences food took an hour and eighteen minutes . I called an hour in the lady argued with me .on the other hand food was fresh and good.

The food quality was not what I expected once paid for the Orange Chicken is misrepresented on the menu you should state dark meat not tender Filet plus the dark meat was pink not brown ...not cool at all ... over all my white rice was perfect

I love ordering from New China. The food is always good and my order is always correct. I usually receive my order within 30 minutes and it is always still hot and very good!

I enjoyed the food for the most part,; however, the steak was a little slick. The chicken wings were not seasoned but it was cooked thoroughly. I loved the egg rolls and spring rolls... delicious.

I did ask for the house sweet and sour sauce and they sent 2 foam cups with some brown gravy style that it was the nastiest product that we have tried, it tasted stale, old and decomposed, instead of the sweet and sour sauce they sent the individual packages and I specifically I did not ask for it

The delivery driver was friendly and she phoned us as she arrived. She brought our food to the door with a smile on her face; she was very pleasant. Our food met our standard of quality; everything arrived hot and quite delicious. I normally go and pick up my order; this is the first time I've had it delivered. I was quite pleased. The only complaint would be that we didn't receive fortune cookies. Nota major issue at all.

I've found the cuisine to be fresh, hot,and delicious. The fried rice tasted as if it was cooked with a well seasoned 200 year old Wok from the empirical palace in China! The fried wings could have had a bit more crispy on the outside, but otherwise TASTY! 5 STARS FOR CONSISTENT FLAVOR!

We placed our order at 5:30 pm for delivery at 7:15 pm but the delivery driver showed up at our home at 6:30 pm when no one was home. Because I had pre-paid, I asked the driver to leave the order on our front porch. By the time we got home at the planned time, the food was only warm and had to be reheated. The delivery experience was disappointing.
